These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of drokkmods.fyi (the “Site”) and related services operated by Drokk Mods (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Drokk Mods is an independent game mod development brand operated by Josh Irish. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

About Our Services

Drokk Mods provides a public website for downloading game mods, learning about upcoming releases, and following our creator content. We also operate a personal creator content management tool — built on self-hosted Postiz — used to schedule and publish content to our own social media accounts (including TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, and Instagram) to promote mod showcases, updates, and our YouTube channel.

The Site is a creator storefront and information hub. The content management tool is operated for Drokk Mods’ own accounts and is not offered as a hosted software service to the general public.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you should use the Site only with permission from a parent or guardian. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including through automated scraping, denial-of-service attacks, or excessive automated requests.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms.
• Use the Site to distribute malware, spam, or harmful code.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Drokk Mods.
• Circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access controls.

We may suspend or block access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or poses a security risk.

Mods, Downloads, and Game Use

Game mods available through the Site are provided for use with supported games at your own risk. Mods may affect game stability, compatibility with other mods, or multiplayer sessions. You are responsible for backing up your saves and understanding how mods affect your game before installing them.

Unless otherwise stated for a specific mod, mods are provided under their respective open-source or project licenses as indicated on the mod’s GitHub repository or download page. Game titles and trademarks belong to their respective owners; Drokk Mods is not affiliated with or endorsed by game publishers unless explicitly stated.

Account and Content Responsibility

Social media accounts connected to our content management tool are owned and operated by Drokk Mods. We are solely responsible for the content we publish through those accounts, including videos, captions, and scheduled posts promoting our mods and channel.

When you interact with Drokk Mods on third-party platforms (commenting on YouTube, TikTok, X, etc.), you are subject to those platforms’ terms of service and community guidelines in addition to these Terms.

If you submit information through the Site (such as a beta signup email), you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

Third-Party Platforms and APIs

Our content management tool integrates with third-party platform APIs, including TikTok, YouTube, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and X. Your use of those platforms — and our use of their APIs on our connected accounts — is also governed by each platform’s own terms, developer policies, and community guidelines. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms.

Intellectual Property

The Site’s design, branding, text, and original content are owned by Drokk Mods or used with permission, except for third-party trademarks and open-source components identified separately. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent, except where permitted by applicable open-source licenses or fair use.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE, MODS, AND RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that mods will work with every game version, mod combination, or multiplayer configuration.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DROKK MODS AND ITS OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR GAME SAVES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR MODS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. BECAUSE THE SITE AND MODS ARE GENERALLY PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, THIS LIMIT WILL OFTEN BE USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drokk Mods and its operator from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to the Site and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the Site.

Termination

We may terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the Site, other users, or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Drokk Mods regarding use of the Site.
